June/ September/ October 2014:
$1,000 per week plus 9% VT rooms tax ($90.00) = Subtotal $1090.00.

$100 cleaning fee
$250 refundable security deposit

50% down along with signed contract.
Security/damage deposit and total balance due one month prior to arrival.
