Family lake cottage built in the 1920's - "Petowbowk Lodge" - 1.5 miles north of Basin Harbor. Ferns by the back door, tall pines frame the lake view from the wide front porch.

Three bedrooms plus fully enclosed sleeping porch facing lake. Sleeps 6 comfortably; one bath. Fieldstone fireplace, stone steps to covered lookout with view of NY palisades, dock and mooring, and rocky beach.

Wi-Fi service. Fully furnished; renter provides sheets and towels.

Weekly only: $1250/week plus 9% VT rooms tax and cleaning fee in July & August.
(4 pm Saturday - 11 am Saturday)
Rate negotiable for June and September.
