TV, VCR, DVD, indoor and outdoor games, puzzles. Deck furniture, picnic table, gas grill, fire pit, dock (rowboat with electric motor and canoe). Large lawn with basketball hoop, swings, sandbox and horseshoe pit.
Lots to do: antiquing, fishing, swimming (5 stairs to the slate beach), wine tasting, birding, hiking, wildlife preserve, fossil exploration, biking, State Parks, 1 hour from Montreal, Granby Zoo and Burlington. No pets or smoking. Don't forget passports or a driver's license and birth certificate for crossing the border. Nights on the deck will be memorable. A great place to relax or have adventures! You won't even want to watch TV!
