Vermont Camp Rental On Private Shale Beach
Secluded camp located on private shale beach on Lake Champlain, in West Addison, VT. Camp includes full kitchen and bath. The open floor plan accommodates one queen sized bed and a pull-out couch downstairs, and two single beds located in the loft. (Linens and towels are not included.) A large attached west-facing deck provides the ideal spot for relaxing while watching the sunsets over the Adirondacks.
Adjacent to the deck is a lawn with a picnic table, beyond which are stairs which provide easy access to the private shale beach. The beach is perfect for swimming, relaxing, having a campfire, and provides access to the best bass fishing in the area. Rental of the camp includes use of a rowboat. From the camp, it is a short drive to Basin Harbor, the Marina, the bridge to New York, a laundromat, a diner, and a country store. Pets are welcome.

July and August: $650/week.
Plus VT Rooms tax.
Non-refundable deposit of half the cost of rental required to reserve camp, with the remainder due at the time of arrival. Security deposit of half the cost of rental also required prior to the rental.
