Two 2-bedroom waterfront cottages are just steps away from 200' of gradual lakefront with dock and boat ramp. Boat mooring is available. Paddleboat and 2-person kayak are available. This quiet section of Lake Champlain offers excellent fishing, swimming, windsurfing and nearby backroads for bicycling. The cozy heated cottages each sleep 6 maximum - full or queen bed, 2 twins, sleeper couch in living room. Kitchens are fully equipped and have a microwave. DVD and VCR provided. Linens (sheets & towels) are not included. Cottages are surrounded by decks with picnic table, deck chairs and gas grill. These cottages are conveniently located 35 miles north of Burlington and 70 miles south of Montreal. Small very well behaved dogs considered. No indoor smoking. Saturday to Saturday rental. Off season partial weeks considered.
