One queen and large accessible shower bath downstairs; 2 queens, 1 double, 1 twin, & full bath upstairs.

Numerous long-term returning guests*, including ducks, geese, otter, loons. Nearby general store & creamee stand. Enjoy wildlife sanctuary, Middlebury, Basin Harbor or Westport golf, Vergennes. Both a public boat launch and a marina just a few miles away. No boats moored at our dock over night. No smoking or pets. No weddings or large parties.

Minimum rental period is one week. Rental period is Saturday 5 P.M. to Saturday 10 A.M. We accept payment by credit card.

$1400 per week in July and August
$1200 per week in May, June, September, and October
+ 9% Vermont Hospitality Tax.

50% down along with signed contract to reserve.
Total balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
$300 separate security/damage deposit with final payment.
No cleaning fee as long as cleaning takes less than 4 hours.
