Situated on 40 acres of woodland on a secluded sandy cove of Lake Champlain the cottage has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, along with a large deck facing Lake Champlain located on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms with a screened porch facing the lake on the second floor. Enjoy incredible views of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain from our back deck or living room. Just 20 minute drive to downtown Burlington. Limit 6 - 8 people. Cottage rental includes phone for local use, wireless high-speed internet connection, (must have your own computer), outdoor grill, use of 2 kayaks and canoe. No laundry facilities or dishwasher. Weekly rentals Mid-May - Mid-October (3 night minimum stay)
July/August 2009: $1,500 per week plus 9% Tax and cleaning fee.
Mid-May through Mid-June & Mid-Sept through Mid-October: $1,100 per week plus 9% VT Tax and cleaning fee.
