Situated on 40 acres of woodland on a secluded sandy cove of Lake Champlain the cottage has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, along with a large deck facing Lake Champlain located on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms with a screened porch facing the lake on the second floor. Enjoy incredible views of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain from our back deck or living room. Just 20 minute drive to downtown Burlington. Limit 6 - 8 people. July/August 2009: $1,500 per week plus 9% Tax and cleaning fee.
May/June & Late Sept/October: $1,100 per week (3-night minimum stay plus 9% VT rooms tax and cleaning fee).
