A large screened-in dining porch with swing overlooks the water.

Rental includes use of private community tennis court, private dock with rowboat, and a mooring in cove. Launching facilities 10 minutes away by water, 20 minutes by car. 20 minutes to Burlington. Additional photos and information available.

Weekly rentals June - Sept. Saturday-to-Saturday.
Biweekly and monthly rentals encouraged.
July/August 2015: $2,000 per week.
June & Sept 2015: $1,800 per week.
