Two classic, adjacent Lake Champlain cottages on Long Point in North Ferrisburgh. Minimum one week rental. Bay and Lake access. Long Point is an old fashioned community which retains its friendly, informal atmosphere: dirt roads, a clay tennis court, children and adults alike enjoying the summer. We are about 30 minutes from both Middlebury and Burlington, VT. Each camp has a gas grill and equipped kitchen. No fires allowed. No smokers and no pets.

SPINDRIFT: Completely renovated, with refinished antique furniture. 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 rooms with two twin beds), 2 full baths, new kitchen, apt.-size washer/dryer, large screened porch, deck, and dining room with views. Living room, small den. Rock beach. Camp is 20 feet from the water. Land crosses the point for bay/east view. Dock available. Max occupancy: 6

SWIFTWINDS: Beautiful, old fashioned cottage. 4 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 doubles, 1 with 2 twin beds; extra dressing area suitable for crib or cot), 1 1/2 baths. Living room, dining room, screened sitting and dining porch with full view of lake and sunsets. Lovely sloping rock beach, 20 feet to the water. Land crosses the point for bay/east view. Dock available. Max occupancy: 7

2010 rates for each camp
Off Season: 9/12/10 - 10/03/10 $1,000/week for each camp.
Peak season (6/27/10-9/11/10): $1,500/week for each camp.
Plus 9% Vermont Rooms Tax.
Check in Sunday 3 pm; Check out Sunday 10 am.
Refundable damage deposit $350 due before check-in.
Cleaning fee for each stay: $80.
