Charming Lake Champlain cottage with an open floor plan, including Kero Monitor Heat, fully equipped kitchen, washer and beautiful views from the glassed-in porch. There is a gradual private beach that includes a dock which is excellent for fishing or boating. This cottage sleeps up to 6. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a full bed, and 2 with two twins each. You provide your own linens & towels. This cottage is also suited to early or late season comfort and is on town water. Also included in the kitchen is a Keurig Coffee Machine, so remember to bring your favorite K cups! RECENTLY ADDED SATELLITE TV (DIRECTV). No pets.

Mid June- through August (including Labor Day week): $850/week plus 9% VT Rooms Tax.
All other spring and fall: $700/week plus 9% VT Rooms Tax.
Saturday 3pm check in, to Saturday 10am checkout occupancy.
Security/damage deposit of $500 (refundable following site inspection).
Total amount due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
