youngsters. Screened porch connects to 30-foot deck that's directly above the water, overlooking Converse Bay with a view of the mountains. Two rooms - an open kitchen/dining/living room with queen-size futon, 1 petite bedroom with twin beds, bath.

This cottage is one of our six summer cottages on the tranquil 32-acre private island, accessible in five minutes by a private launch available only to Garden Island guests.

Homes furnished, equipped with electric kitchens, & bathrooms with showers. Only guests allowed on island, beach, floats. Swimming areas are uncrowded and restful, even on the most beautiful summer days.

Use of guest boats (e.g. rowboats, paddleboat, canoe, kayak, sunfish sailboat). All homes equipped with standard cookware, utensils, blankets, microwaves and clock radios. Bring linens & towels. There is free tennis on mainland, golf nearby and many historic sites.

Dogs are welcome, as long as they are friendly!

$1,245 for 1 week; $2,370 for 2 weeks* $1,060 for each Additional week*
$1,060 For Pre-season Special - 6/16-6/30/2018.
$1,245 for Labor Day Special 8/26-9/3/2018 (9 days).
Plus 9% Vermont Rooms Tax on rentals of 30 consecutive days or less.

Pet Policy: $50 per pet cleaning fee (not to exceed 2 total, dog or cat).

Full payment is due within 30 days of booking payable by check only. Rental fee is non-refundable with less than 30 days' notice in case of cancellation.

The only thing in short supply at Garden Island is the accommodations. Make sure you get to enjoy your memorable Vermont vacation.

All rentals are Saturday 3 P.M. to Saturday 11:00 A.M.

Rates Include: Private launch service to/from island, available 24 hours a day with normal service free from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
