Also included: Cable TV, local phone, high speed wireless Internet, large gas grill on deck, 75 feet of sandy semi-private beach (with half a mile more in both directions for walking), firepit and absolutely gorgeous sunsets.
The house can sleep up to 6, as both couches in the living room fold out. The beach is sandy and wide, the water warm and shallow, perfect for kids and dogs! All rooms and the large deck overlook Mallet's Bay and its spectacular views!
Though only minutes from fine dining, movies, parks and recreational facilities you'll feel like you're a world away from the rat race. Boat mooring available. No smokers please. Pets allowed though must be housebroken.

Please note: Rentals run Sat (2PM) to Sat (10AM), unless otherwise agreed upon. Taxes, Heat and Utilities are included. (Saturdays may show as taken on calendar because check-in and check-out both occur same day).
