Gradual shoreline. Located on a quiet, private, dead-end road. Miles of running, biking, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and water skiing. 1500 lb. boat lift available. Less than 1 hour from Montreal and Burlington. No smoking or pets please. We don't have time to enjoy this so we hope your family does!
