Ceiling fans in every room. Dock, boats (up to 21 ft.) can be launched from beach or from launch 1/2 mile away. Great swimming and fishing. Fish cleaning station, picnic tables, lawn chairs, and BBQ grill provided. Golf near by. Easy drive to Montreal, Burlington, Stowe, Jay Peak, covered bridges, antiquing, Ben and Jerry's Factory, St. Anne's Shrine.
