Perfect for families - Sleeps 6. Come enjoy this Fisherman's Paradise on the Champlain Islands. Just 1/2 hour to Burlington. This lovely area is great for swimming, canoes, fishing & kayaks. Quiet, dead-end road with shale beach & dock. Magnificent Adirondack & Green Mountain views, a lake side screened porch & new lower deck with stairs to beach. Remodeled kitchen has microwave, electric stove, toaster oven, & coffee maker. All pots, pans, dishes, & utensils are provided. Large living room has wood burning stove & air conditioner. Three bedrooms: one queen bed, one pull-out day bed, and one full bed. Blankets, pillows & comforters are provided. A gas grill is included outside. The 3/4 bath has stall shower. Further amenities are Basic TV (no satellite). We do have DVD/VCR, CD player, municipal water, & private beach. You provide - your own sheets & towels. Water shoes are highly recommended for wading.

June & September: $475 per week
July & August: $900 per week
Plus 9% Vermont Rooms Tax
Signed contract & Security Deposit (refundable only if able to fill your time slot) are due to reserve your rental period.
Security/damage deposit is refundable 3 weeks after rental.
Total Rent & 9% Vt Rooms Tax due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
