A lake side screened porch & new lower deck with stairs to shale beach & personal dock. Remodeled kitchen has microwave, electric stove, toaster oven, & coffee maker. The 3/4 bath has stall shower. Large living room has wood burning stove & air conditioner.
Three bedrooms: one queen bed, one pull-out day bed, and one full bed.
Further amenities are Satellite TV, DVD/VCR, CD player, & municipal water. A gas grill is included outside.
Provided: Pots, pans, dishes, & utensils for kitchen. Blankets, pillows & comforters are provided. You provide - your own sheets & towels. Water shoes are highly recommended.
Well behaved pets may be allowed. Contact us for approval. Absolutely no smoking. Parking is limited to 2 - 3 cars.

Rental period is Sat. 3 P.M. to Sat. 10 A.M.

April 15th - June 18th: $550 per week.
June 18th - September 10th: $950 per week.
September 10th - October 8th: $550 per week.
Plus 9% Vermont Rooms Tax.
Security deposit of $150 is due with lease.
Security/damage deposit is refundable 3 weeks after rental.
Total Rent & 9% Vt Rooms Tax due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
