May 16, 2008 through October 13,2008:$1500/week.
All other dates:
$1100/week or 4-night minimum @ $200/night. Discounted rate for multiple week rentals.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Add 9% VT rooms tax plus Security Deposit of $250.
