The cottage sleeps 4-6 in 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds and 1 queen bed) plus a queen sofabed in the living room. Screened-in porch, full kitchen, full bath, outdoor shower, Weber charcoal grill, cable TV with VCR and DVD player in case it rains, WiFi, gas fireplace, washer and dryer. Bring your own linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels).
Located on Kibbe Point, overlooking Keeler's Bay in South Hero; approximately 25 minutes north of Burlington and 90 minutes south of Montréal, Canada. Well controlled pets are welcome. Smoke free.
In-season weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) from June through September, $1600/week plus 9% Vermont Rooms tax.
Off-season rates are $1400/week or $230/night (3-night minimum) plus 9% Vermont Rooms tax. Vermont Meals and Room Tax account number: MRT-10101972.
Closed November through April.
