Our cottage, Buena Vista (Great View), was named for the fabulous sunsets and spectacular view of the Adirondack Mountains with Lake Champlain in the foreground. Built in 1921, the cottage is a comfortable family summer cabin located directly on a sand beach with plenty of space for swimming, sunbathing, fishing and messing about in small boats; kayaks and row boat are provided for your enjoyment. The enclosed porch is protected from the elements, making it a great place to relax in all weather.

Amenities include fully equipped eat-in kitchen (including microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker); porch with dining table, glider, rocking chairs; bathroom with shower; washer/dryer, propane heat; Internet, Roku TV, DVD and family-oriented videos, books, puzzles, games. We provide a land-line phone for 911 service.

Sleeping accommodations: 2 bedrooms (each with full-sized bed, closet, dresser and ceiling fan) plus comfortable sleeper sofa (full-sized) on the porch. Bath towels, pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. Plan to bring your own bed linens and beach towels.

Beach chairs, grill, picnic table are provided. Long Point is a summer community 20 miles south of Burlington on 100+ acres that offers shared access to playground equipment, tennis court, fields, biking and walking trails.

Weekly rate June through September: $1400, with additional days at $200 per night.
$250 fully-refundable damage / cleaning deposit.
9% Vermont rooms tax.

Rentals First day, 3 pm check-in to last day, 11 am check-out.
Minimum rental period is seven consecutive nights.
