Fully equipped kitchen & grill. 1 bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. Futon in living room sleeps 2. Other bedroom has a queen size bed. Cottage sleeps 8 total. 1 bathroom w/ shower. Completely furnished except linens and towels. 50 minutes to Burlington, 1 hour to Montreal. No pets or smoking please.
