Vintage Vermont cottage and deck overlooking the lake with views to the bay and up the lake to the Adirondack Mountains and Champlain Bridge. Doesn’t get any more picturesque than this. Shale beach in front and boat access available next door. In Bridport, 14 miles to Middlebury, Westport Yacht Club (15 min. by boat), Basin Harbor Club (15 min.), Burlington (45 min.). Great central Vermont location and perfect place to stay when visiting Middlebury College students.

The cottage is fully furnished and features a living room, kitchen, bath enclosed sleeping porch and deck overlooking the lake. In addition there is a detached bunk/guest house with single upper bed and double lower bed. The living area has a sofa bed and the sleeping porch has a queen bed. Will sleep up to 6 people. Linens are provided. Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave), gas grill, fans. Fabulous lake views from main cottage and bunk house. Two canoes and a 14-foot rowboat.

Plus 9% Vermont sales tax and $75 cleaning fee.
Credit card payment accepted (2% additional fee).
50% down (non-refundable) along with signed contract to reserve.
Security/damage deposit of $250 (refundable following site inspection).
Total balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
