Weekly rental:
Peak Summer Season (June 27-Sept 5) ........$1900/wk, 2nd wk $1700.
May 30-June 27....................................$1200/wk.
Low Season (Sept 6-May 30*)......$1000/wk.
*Christmas/New Years ........$1000/wk.

Daily Rental:
Oct 20 - May 15.......$200/night. (3-night minimum, 4th night free).

Well behaved pre-approved dogs OK, pet fee-$25/day/pet (2 dogs maximum).

Monthly Rental:
Possible Oct 20-Jun 15, 2009.........$1500/month + utilities.
3-month min. lease

$100 cleaning fee. $500 refundable security/damage deposit. Plus 9% VT Rooms Tax.
