Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts!
We have 3 kayaks, flat-bottomed fishing canoe, brand new paddle boat, floaties & private dock. Amazing bass/trout fishing right off our docks and fabulous deep water fishing charters as well.
