The house has open architecture, with a large sunken living room & 2 pellet stoves. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Floor to ceiling windows. The master suite is a large open loft over the 2nd floor, both with lake views. 2nd floor has kitchen, dining room, living room, bar lounge and a balcony with a grill - great for summer BBQs. The basement floor has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and a TV lounge with DirecTV. There is also a comfortable queen futon in the TV room for overflow.

Amenities include: private dock, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, pellet heating and fully insulated. The property has 120 feet of lake shoreline and 40 foot dock. Just 1 minute to public boat launch, 20 minutes to Middlebury. 45 minutes to Burlington. Non-smoking please. No pets (sorry!)

Available July, August and September 2016 (and possibly beyond for leaf peepers!). Please check calendar for availability.


July, August & Sept 2010: $1500/week.

All stays subject to 9% VT Rooms Tax, $100 cleaning fee & refundable $500 security/damage deposit. 50% down (non-refundable), with remainder due 2 weeks before stay.

We will rent on a weekly or monthly basis only, as available. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
