Enjoy meals on the large screened porch, and play ping pong in the evening. Separate cabin with own bath and kitchenette, great for teens, extended family, guests. Can sleep 6-8 total.
Excellent area for biking, fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming. Twenty-five minutes to downtown Burlington for great restaurants, music, events etc.

Fall thru - May: available for 8-month lease, $1250 / month plus utilities.
