Amazing Converted Carriage Barn on Lake Champlain
This is the way to experience Vermont! This converted barn is 150 years old and was moved to the edge of Lake Champlain onto 1 1/2 acres fifteen years ago, so it boasts modern amenities with old charm. This property is most suitable for a couple or a family. There is one-bedroom alcove on the first floor with a queen-size bed, and a futon couch that makes up into a double bed. The upstairs is a very roomy open area with two twin beds and an inflatable queen-size bed. Washer & dryer. Internet access. No smoking.
The house has a wonderful feel and Lake Champlain is a few yards away with a waterfront lot for your use. The views from the house are spectacular with the Adirondack mountains across the lake. In Bridport: Middlebury College is 13 miles away; the bridge to New York is 5 miles.

Rates for the 2009 season
Summer:
May 30 to June 27: $750 per week.
June 27 to September 5, $895 per week.
All other dates, $750 per week.
Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. June weeks run Friday to Friday to accommodate the Fourth of July.
Long weekends available off season.
Vermont rooms tax of 9% added to rentals of 30 days or less. (State Law). Cleaning fee: $60.
Payment in full when booking.
