Comfortable 3+ bedroom cottage with panoramic Westerly views of the Adirondacks and beautiful sunsets as well as a gradual sandy beach. Great fishing and swimming area. Enjoy your meals overlooking the lake from the enclosed sunroom. Cottage has sleeping areas for 8 people and is very clean and neat. Main living area has an open floor plan for relaxing, socializing, and viewing the lake.
Amenities include: Deck, tubes, kayak, nice lawn for playing games, beach and lawn games, TV/DVD/receiver, microwave, washer and dryer, gas heat, gas grill, town water. Located close to Alburgh Village 1 hour from Montreal and Burlington, VT. Many local attractions and activities such as golf, tennis, boat rides, St. Anne's Shrine, amusement parks, restaurants, and hiking. No pets or smoking inside.
