Five generations of our family have enjoyed this spacious classic camp with spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Located at Long Point in N. Ferrisburgh, a quiet family-oriented, relaxed and welcoming community.

Three bedrooms upstairs sleep a total of 7, two rooms with water views. Additional accommodation on 35' screened porch fronting the Lake. One bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room with additional dining area on lakefront porch. TV, phone, stereo, VCR/DVD player included. Outdoor picnic tables with umbrella, and gas grill. Level lot safe for children. Bring your kayak/canoe and explore the area...or just relax and enjoy the sunsets!

Only steps from the lawn to the water with swimming, boating (public boat launch 10 minute walk away), fishing (trout, salmon, bass, pike), excellent birdwatching (bald eagles and migrating snow geese at nearby reserve), tennis and hiking within walking distance, bicycle trails, and within a 30 minute drive of Burlington, Vergennes, Shelburne and Middlebury.
