Our newly renovated, fully furnished, 3-bedroom cottage on a shared sandy beach at Colchester Point is the perfect base for enjoying outdoor activities or exploring Vermont. The cottage has an open floor plan and is fully furnished with TV/VCR, CD player, AC, heat, fireplace, linens, grill, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and boat mooring included.
Near the Burlington Bikeway and recreation park with public tennis, volleyball, basketball courts and playground all within walking distance. Swimming, boating, windsurfing and sunbathing are just outside your door. Love hiking? The trail head at Mount Mansfield, (Vermont's highest mountain) is a 35 minute drive. Only 90 miles from Montreal and 7 miles from downtown Burlington with its many shops, restaurants, bars, outdoor cafes and summer festivals.

Summer: June 27 through August 29: $1000/week.
Late summer/Foliage: August 29 through October 31: $700/week.
Will consider weekend or daily rental during off-season (3-night minimum).
