Off the Burlington Bikeway (7 miles to downtown) and recreation park with public tennis, volleyball, basketball courts and playground all within walking distance. Swimming, boating, windsurfing and sunbathing are just outside your door. Love hiking? The trail head at Mount Mansfield, (Vermont's highest mountain) is a 35 minute drive. Only 90 miles from Montreal and 7 miles from downtown Burlington with its many shops, restaurants, bars, outdoor cafes and summer festivals.

Early season April 15 - June 27: $750-950/week.
Late summer/Foliage: Sept 7 through October 31: $700-900/week.
