Relax by kayaking, swimming, lying out in the sun on a beach chair, reading on a screened porch with an iced tea, or just listening to the rain. Yet it's only 20 minutes to downtown Burlington, and all its city conveniences. Golf courses, old-fashioned drive-in theater, and bike paths are also nearby.

Cottage has picture windows, screened porches, as well as a full-length deck, all with spectacular views of the lake: sun, sailboats, sunsets, and the Adirondack mountains. Living room with wood-burning fireplace; fully equipped kitchen with microwave; dining room; and half-bathroom all on one floor. Three bedrooms including one sleeping porch. (Cottage sleeps up to 6 comfortably.) New outdoor shower (free standing, full privacy, changing area) and new dishwasher. No laundry facilities.

Private beach.
Beach is private, on a sandy cove north of Malletts Bay. Great swimming -- no steep drop-offs, and bottom is sandy, not muddy. Kayak available - please inquire. Boat rentals are also nearby.

Rentals available June - October.
June 27- Sept 7: $1600 per week (1-week minimum).
Early June, and late Sept/Oct: $1100 per week (3-night minimum; holidays special rates).
+ 9% VT Room tax
