New, 2-story home with 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with king bed, and a queen pullout couch in the living room. Two full baths, one on each floor. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Town water and a year-round heating system make this home perfect for early or late season rental. Bath linens, kitchen linens and blankets provided. Cable TVs in case it rains. No smoking.

The house is equipped with a gas grill, kayaks, a paddle boat and a small fire pit. (fire wood NOT supplied) There are A/C units in each bedroom and living room.

Available Memorial weekend - Labor Day weekend: $1400/week.
Pre-Memorial Day & post-Labor Day: $1000/week

Saturday 3 pm check in - Saturday 10 am check out.
Security/damage deposit $500 (refundable following site inspection).
Pet deposit $200 (refundable following site inspection)
Total due 2 weeks prior to arrival, no exceptions.
Payment via personal check or money order. Personal checks need to clear bank account before arrival.
