Further amenities are Satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, municipal water and private beach.

Provided: Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, blankets, pillows and comforters. There is also an outdoor gas grill.

You provide: Your own sheets and bath towels. Water shoes are highly recommended.

Parking is limited to 1 or 2 cars.

No washer/dryer or dishwasher.

Well-behaved pets may be allowed. Contact us for approval. Absolutely no smoking.

June 5th thru September 17th - $900 per week.
September 18th thru October 15th - $700 per week.

Plus 9% VT rooms tax.

Signed contract and security deposit required to save your rental period.

Security/damage deposit of $100 (refundable 3-4 weeks after rental).

Total rent and rooms tax due 6-8 weeks prior to arrival.
