We offer weekly rentals in Spring, Summer, and Fall, as well as year-round rentals for customers looking to relocate to The Islands.

Our rates range from $1000-$5000/week for spring summer and fall rentals and from $1000-$2500/month for year-round properties. Our rates are adjusted depending on the time of year and we try our best to offer the most competitive rates possible. We are required to charge a 9% meals and room tax by the state of VT, and that is in addition to the specified rental rate.
