Lakeview Guest House and Camp on Sunset Lake
Lakeview refers to a 2-acre parcel with a 2400 sq. ft., two level (28' x 30' great room), all-season home (2002) on Sunset Lake with 100' frontage. Radiant floor heat for off-season use. Four bedrooms accommodate 8 people, plus a day bed in the great room. The main level (upper) includes master bedroom suite.
There also is a 500 sq. ft. camp with complete utilities for seasonal use. Accommodates 5 people - a bedroom with a double bed and a loft with 3 single beds.
A gas grill with a sustained supply of propane (400-gallon tank) is provided at the house. A sound system and CD cassette system is located in the great room on upper level. A DVD and video cassette system is located on the lower level. A desktop computer with printer is available and connected to DSL internet service.
A water level platform (3'X 12') provides easy access to the lake at a "child friendly" water depth of 10-12 inches, with the depth increasing gradually to 48 inches at the end of the boat dock. The ocean style kayak, 16' canoe, and a 14'6" fishing boat with motor(s) are available for guest use.
Sunset Lake is stocked with Rainbow Trout. The water clarity depth is consistently 40', and water temperature is 75 degrees even during the month of August.

June 15 - Aug 31: $1500/week plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Aug 31 - Oct 26: $1000/week plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Oct 26 - Dec 21: $750/week plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Dec 21 - June 15: inquire for rates.
Note: Housekeeping fee of $100 refundable to guests who leave premises on the "leave as you found it" rule.
