Lakeview refers to a 2-acre parcel with a 2400 sq. ft., two level, all-season home (2002) on Sunset Lake with 100' frontage. Entry level (28' x 30') great room. Radiant floor heat for off-season use. Three bedrooms accommodate 6 people, plus a hide-a-bed sofa in the great room. The main level (upper) includes master bedroom suite.

A gas grill with a sustained supply of propane (400-gallon tank) is provided at the house. A sound system and CD cassette system is located in the great room on upper level. A DVD and video cassette system is located on the lower level. DSL high speed service available during summer months, No cable service is available for television viewing.

A water level platform (6' X 12') provides easy access to the lake at a "child friendly" water depth of 10-12 inches, with the depth increasing gradually to 48 inches at the end of the boat dock. A 16' canoe is available for guest use.
*Extra fee: 14'6" fishing boat with electric start motor.

Sunset Lake is stocked with Rainbow Trout. The water clarity depth is consistently 40', and water temperature is 70+ degrees.

Rental by week: Saturday 3pm to Saturday 12pm.

June 1 - June 15: $800/week

July 1 - Aug. 15: $1300/week
Aug. 15 - Sept. 4: $1000/week
Sept. 5 - Oct. 1: $800/week

Oct. 2 - Oct. 30: *$500 extended weekends
