Private 3 bedroom house that sleeps 6. Overlooking 94-acre horse farm. Centrally located and easy access on route 100. House was just completely renovated. Beautifully furnished, includes high speed DSL with WiFi, satellite with HBO, washer and dryer, Stereo, CD/DVD and Video library. Kitchen, dining, living room, large entry room with fireplace adjoining a game room with pool/ping pong table. The game room can be an additional bedroom as well. Includes towels and linens. Summer activities:
Public Golf and Tennis within a 5 minute drive. Riding lessons available for all levels on site. You can bring your horse. Come explore the best trails in Vermont! Trail guide available. Two miles from the village of Rochester with excellent restaurants, art galleries, pub, store, bakery, library, etc... Short walk across a hayfield to swimming and tubing in the White River.
Winter activities:
The VAST trail system runs through the back of the property along the White River which makes our property ideal for snowmobiling and x-country skiing. Excellent location for skiers, 20 minutes to Sugarbush, 25 minutes to Killington, 12 minutes to Middlebury Snow Bowl. Riding lessons available in our indoor arena

Minimum rental period one week.
Summer Rates (April 1 - November 1st):
$900 per week (6 nights).
$2600 per month.
Winter Rates (November 1 - March 31):
$1600 per week (6 nights).
$3,600 per month.
Additional fees:
Board for each horse: $20 per night includes feed, stall and turnout.
Riding Lesson on our horse: $50 per hour
Guide for a 3-hour trail ride on your horse: $80
Booking/security deposit winter: $1600 for winter weekly rate, $3600 for monthly rate.
Booking/security deposit summer: $900 for summer weekly rate, $2600 for monthly rate.
