Warmth and charm welcome you in this 200-year-old farmhouse in Goshen (central) Vermont on 114 acres in the Green Mountain National Forest, just 10 minutes to Lake Dunmore. Not fancy, very relaxing: four bedrooms, one queen on the first floor. The first floor also has a dining room, large living room with stone fireplace, full bath, pantry, sun porch and a fully equipped older kitchen. Upstairs, there is a claw foot tubbed bathroom as well as three bedrooms: a large queen, twins and a large double. Cable TV, a full game closet, sleds and skating ponds nearby.
At any season, this is a wonderful family vacation location. For skiers, we are very close to Middlebury Snow Bowl, a small family mountain with varied terrain, and a 1/2 hour drive takes you to Pico and Killington, and about 40 minutes will get you to Mad River and Sugarbush. Hiking and snowshoeing right out the door on logging trails throughout the property. In summer, enjoy lakes, streams and waterfalls, fishing, or golf- you are surrounded with it all.

The basic rate is $1200/week. Plus 9% VT rooms tax.
Rent by the weekend, week or month. Holiday weeks are $1700.
