The Space: Five Bedrooms: 2 Queen Beds, 1 King Bed, 3 Twin Beds and one full. Bedding provided. Large Master Bedroom with private handicapped accessible shower/bath. Two more bathrooms, 1 with shower, one with claw foot tub and shower. Large common areas including Game Room with Smart TV. Wireless Internet access through out home. Modern Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and extra cold food storage. All kitchen items/needs supplied and dining service for 10-12. Large Dining area to seat 10 indoors and large screened in back porch for dining. Ample lawn space, gardens and outdoor games provided. House is primarily stone and stays very cool in the summer months and very warm in the fall and winter months. Fans provided if needed.
Guest Access: Entire original mansion is available to guests. The rear portion of the house and barn are not. Guests are encouraged to explore the historic structures within walking distance of the property. The original Foundry is located across the road and is managed by The Vermont Archaeology Society.
The host is available if needed but does not live on the property.The house is available for weddings and special events (there is a chapel across the street!) www.episcopalchurch.org/parish/grace-episcopal-church-st-thomas-grace-forestdale-vt. We are able to plan and coordinate any special event with class and economy. Planning includes event coordination, vendor contacts and day of management/décor set up. There is an on/off site caretaker and owner who will be accessible by guests if needed while renting. Please contact host to discuss larger events.

The house is located at the foot of Brandon Gap where the long trail crosses. We are in the heart of cycling and hiking territory. The Neshobe river is 100 yards away with ideal trout fishing. The house is located close to several wonderful golf courses as well www.northeastcycling.com
