Grants Bungalow is a private home on 11 acres of land. The views from this gorgeous piece of property are breathtaking. You are off from all main roads surrounded by the beautiful green mountains.

This gorgeous newly remodeled house is furnished with a queen bed and two twin beds, linens provided. Full kitchen with all utensils and cookware, plus microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, outside gas barbecue grill. Custom cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom, tub with shower and laminate flooring throughout. Washer and dryer.

You can relax in the evenings and enjoy cable TV, watch a DVD or VHS or browse the internet on the high-speed wireless service provided throughout the home. Have dinner with your family or friends in our gorgeous dining area where you can see the beautiful outdoor views through all of the new windows in the home. Don't forget to take a break and enjoy the beautiful covered porch on the front of the house. Off street parking.

You can walk in 20 minutes to Mountain Top Inn which offers boat rentals, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, restaurants and more. You will be close to lake access on Chittenden Reservoir, as well as hiking and biking trails. Just north of Rutland, Grants Bungalow is within minutes of Killington and Pico, and Woodstock.

September 1 - March 31: $200/night or $1200/week (7 days).
April 1 - August 31: $175/night or $1100/week (7 days).
Plus 9% VT Rooms Tax.
You will be charged a $50 turnaround fee.
Pets are welcome and will be charged $25/night or $150/week (7 days).
