Washer, dryer and dishwasher. New refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine. Two BBQ units on porch and waterfront. Waterfront has fire ring for camp fires.

Available most of June, July, August, September and October.

$350 per day, 3-day minimum. $200 one-time cleaning fee.

25% deposit required for over 3-day rental; 50% deposit required for 3-day rental.
