A year-round vacation home on Lake Carmi is a perfect place to relax. The house has a big open room with cathedral ceiling; ceiling fans in every room and a wall of windows for great views. Fully equipped kitchen, gas grill and patio furniture makes meals fun. A firepit by the water for those marshmellow roasts. Sleeps 6-8 with three bedrooms that have queen beds, and a full futon in living room. 2 full baths. Linens and towels included. Downstairs recreation room with pool table, ping pong, washer/dryer. Five boats complete this deal: two kayaks, rowboat, canoe, and paddleboat.
Nearby attractions include bike paths and back roads and hiking in nearby mountains, Jay Peak ski resort, and golf courses. Burlington shopping 45 minutes. Montreal one hour plus. Three miles to Canadian border with unique towns for lunch, wineries and berry picking. No pets.
