This property sits on a large private corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood and has been family owned for over 50 years. This all-season cottage has one bedroom with queen-size bed and a full-size hide-a-bed in living area which also includes TV, DVD, cable and internet. Large eat-in kitchen fully furnished with everything you need (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc). Full bath with tub and shower. Large deck with grill and picnic table. Towels and linens provided.
A few steps away you will enjoy sunsets and campfires on the private beach overlooking the Adirondacks of New York and watch the Lake Champlain Ferry out of Burlington slowly make its way to Port Kent, NY. The best sandy beach with natural dunes with a gradual sloping sand bottom.
Fifty feet away from the Burlington bike path, enjoy a slow walk to the Causeway in Lake Champlain that has a boat ferry to South Hero or bike to downtown Burlington with many shops and restaurants or a stroll on the boardwalk at the Burlington Waterfront where you can board the Spirit of Ethan Allen for a guided tour and lunch. Enjoy the nearby Airport Park with tennis, volley ball and baseball and a great play area for children.
Only 15 minutes to downtown Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe, and 90 minutes to Montreal.

June - September: $975/week (plus 9% Vermont State sales tax)
The cottage is available for rent on a weekly basis only from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out the following Sunday by 10 am.
(Also there is a $500.00 refundable deposit to hold the dates and to cover
any excessive damage or cleaning. If none of these occur it will be fully
refunded within 10 days of departure)
October - May: Includes all utilities, fully furnished. $1,200 per month
