Low season: second week of May, all of June and September:
$1,100/week for large cottage;
$1,400/week for use of both (no separate rental of small cottage).
High season: last two weeks of May, all of July, August, October:
$1,200 /week for large cottage;
$1,500/week for use of both (no separate rental of small cottage).
All rates subject to 9% Vermont Rooms Tax.
