Relax in this charming and spacious one bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Iroquois just 20 minutes from Burlington. Ideal for a quiet individual or couple only. Enjoy this peaceful setting from a glassed-in room overlooking the open lake, a large sunny deck, a small cozy screened porch or the gardens and lawn by the water. Swim, fish or canoe from the dock. The setting is in a semi-residential area and is not really a "party" setting. The cottage offers heat, carpeting, TV (no cable or internet access), complete kitchen, gas grill, new bathroom with shower, and a queen size bed. All bed and bath linens are provided and the kitchen includes all dishes and appliances that you could need for the week. We welcome a dog, but sorry, no cats and please NO SMOKING.

2010 rate: $650 weekly plus a 9% Vermont rooms tax (this applies to rentals of 30 consecutive days or less).
Cottage is available on a weekly basis only from Sunday to Sunday. Check in is after 1pm and check out the following Sunday by 11am.
