June, September & October foliage - $600/week. Inquire for nightly rates. Discounts for consecutive multi-week rentals.
Plus 9% Vermont rooms tax when applicable. $50 cleaning fee.
50% down (non-refundable) along with signed contract to reserve.
Security/damage deposit of $300 (refundable following site inspection).
Total balance due one month prior to arrival.
