Regular Week: $1225.
Regular Weekend: $500.
School holiday weeks: $1595 (12/22-12/29, 2/16-2/23)
3-day holiday weekends: $875 (New Years 12/29-12/31, ML King 1/19-1/21).
Summer (June 15 - August 31): $1225/week.
Two-night minimum stay required. Security deposit, VT state rooms tax, and cleaning fee required.
Off-season rates available.
Rates good through November 1, 2008.
* 9% Vermont rooms tax for stays less than 31 days. No tax on stays over 30 days, e.g. whole-season rentals.
