This 2-bedroom and 1-bath cottage has been completely renovated. Sit in front of the gas fireplace on the chilly Vermont evenings. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed overhead and another bunk bed. The small love seat in the living room has a pull-out bed (good for 2 children or 1 adult). Cottage includes TV, VCR, DVD, and a gas grill on the deck. Small sandy beach area for kiddies and campfire for singing and roasting marshmallows. Sleeps a total of 7+ persons, including pull-out love seat, couch and cot.

Pets deposit of $200 non refundable.

Available Summer 2016 (Memorial day through Labor day) by the week or long weekend on request June/Sep/Oct

June: $675 per week.
July and August: $795 per week.
