Excellent swimming, canoeing, hiking, fishing, the best snow machining possible. 40 miles of state-owned hiking trails. Large, level lawn down to water. The cottage sleeps 4-5 comfortably. Winterized, electric heat, full bath with tub and shower, drilled well. The perfect honeymoon cottage.

$700 a week plus 9% VT rooms and meals tax. $350 non-refundable deposit required applied toward rental fee. $50 cleaning fee, additional $50 for pets.
2 week rental $1350 plus 9% VT R&M tax. $700 deposit required nonrefundable. $100 cleaning fee.
Monthly rental $2650 no sales tax required, $1500 deposit required to be applied toward rental fee. $100 cleaning fee, linens optional $50
Winter rentals need to be requested 6 months in advance.
