This Summer Home is a 2-story cottage in a country-style location with a living room, eat-in kitchen, and a full bath downstairs. 4 bedrooms and one bath on the 2nd floor. Large open deck facing the water. Completely renovated. Fireplace, internet, phone. No TV.

Enjoy the large dock, kayaking and exploring the shores of the lake while the kids play in the water. Eastern sun will give you light all day long and wait until you see the sun set to the North. Just beautiful.

The Home is very comfortable yet simply presented. The living room has seating for 8 with a fireplace to give you atmosphere or take the chill out of the night air. The kitchen is set up with a large table for 8 and very workable. Full size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and charcoal grill on the deck. The front deck attached to the house expands your living area and yet you can sun on it or just watch the boats on the water.

Each bedroom is has new beds with pillows, bedspreads and blankets but bring your own sheets and towels for bathing and sports. As a bonus we have a washer and dryer.
The house sleeps 7 in beds. There is room for you to bring an air mattress.

Easy parking for 4 cars next to the house.

The home has internet connection but no television or other players. Please bring your own radio and music player or DVD player. We do have local telephone but the only cell phone service is with A T & T. Verizon service is not available at the house but about 5 miles away.

A real country feel of woods, water and privacy. Walk to the trail head of the local mountain called Mt. Pisgah. Hear the loons swim by or the merganser ducks quack. The Home faces west with beautiful sun exposure and views of other mountains in the area.

$1,600 per week. Sat. to Sat.
Add 9% rooms tax, $ 25 garbage fee.

Possibility of weekends in late Sept., and Oct. Daily rate $ 250 per night, minimum 3 nights.
