This Vermont chalet is located in Snow Mountain Farms, West Wardsboro VT, approximately 5 minutes to Mount Snow and 10-12 minutes to Stratton. Snowmobile from backyard to trails. Snow Mountain Farms has a community clubhouse with beautiful indoor pool and outdoor tennis courts.

This chalet has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is laid out with a mudroom (perfect for skis and boots) and 2 family rooms (one with a sleeper sofa). Upstairs are two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom and a bath on the main level. Two bedrooms contain a double bed, and a third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth sleeping area, on the finished lower level, offers two twin beds, an adjoining living area, and a washer/dryer.

The main level has an open floor plan with a fully applianced good-sized kitchen, dining area, living room area, and bathroom. Sleeps up to 10 people. There is a large garage to store skis, snow boards, or snowmobiles.

Other amenities include: an outdoor Jacuzzi on deck, propane gas heat, satellite TV, VCR/DVD, CD player, coffee maker, gas stove, refrigerator, and telephone.

No smoking and no pets please.
