A 1,200 acre resort community featuring weekend, weekly, summer and winter seasonal rentals in the Southern Vermont Green Mountains. Chimney Hill is located just minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort, downtown Wilmington and Lake Whitingham for swimming and boating.

Chimney Hill Vacation Rental Homes are privately owned and individually decorated. All Chimney Hill rental homes have at least 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and full kitchens. We have 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes available that sleep anywhere from 6 to 12 people, some are "pet friendly". Some homes have their own hot tubs, saunas and internet (WiFi) access. There is a Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, movie room, BYOB bar, playground, exercise room, 4 tennis courts, basketball court, Bocce and Horseshoe courts, and free WiFi. There is also a fishing pond, outdoor ice skating rink, wilderness trails and direct access to the Vermont VAST snowmobile trail system.

Our vacation rental homes are available short term and seasonally throughout the year.

Weekly summer rates start at $725/wk and winter weekend rental rates start at $450. Short-term rentals (less than 30 days) are subject to: 9% Vermont rooms & meals tax, service fee and security deposit; two-night minimum is required. All short-term rentals have full use of all recreational facilities and amenities.

Winter seasonal rates (mid-November thru mid-April) start at $7,500 and split winter seasonal rates start at $5,500. Summer monthly rates start at $1,600. Seasonal and monthly rentals are subject to service fees, utilities and security deposits.
